I strongly value… Integrity - Remember when we were little and learned honesty is the best policy? It truly is. Transparency and communication are key to maintaining integrity. I don't care if the information is good or bad news, let's talk about it; That's how we progress forward, in a healthy manner!

CURRENTLY

My name is Natalie Lindquist and I’m a UX/UI Designer & Researcher. My curiosity on how things work, why they function the way they do, and how they could operate better for the user, has always been something I’ve naturally found myself thinking about…

User Experience is my happy place. My never-ending curiosity in life, mixed with my obsession to ensure others have a delightful experience, has found a home! I get to help businesses figure out common challenges amongst ‘users’ and create solutions using empathy and research to identify the problems, prototype, and test. I LOVE that empathy is the basis of my job because that's the base of who I am.

 

PREVIOUSLY

Former Business & Sales Professional turned UX Designer! I’m a natural creative, with a business mindset (ethics in the forefront), and never did I think, I could marry my two worlds! Woohoo! My previous experience in multiple fields has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills. I’ve worked heavily in sales, both customer and client-facing roles, so delivering top-tier customer service is second nature to me.

 

TIDBIT ABOUT ME

  • I love flowers, food is an experience for me, and music is essential

  • I find happiness in the littlest things

  • Anything that expands my mind is welcome

  • I enjoy all kinds of activities including, but not limited to: live music, museums, hiking (or almost any outdoor activity), and anything “arts” related!

  • I’m a big advocate for one's well-being, physically and mentally
